From our Scouting Friends, Gary & Carson from over the pond, in the US.
Greetings Everyone, I hope all is well and you're enjoying your summer. I thought I'd update you on this side of the scouting world. Carson and I and 23 others from Troop 736 went to Camp Alexander near Colorado Springs Colorado. The camp is located in Pike National Forest and is surrounded by wonderful scenery. It was an absolute fantastic camp, great facilities, great staff, beautiful weather, loads of activities for the scouts and this year....SWINE FLU. The flu forced us to leave a day early, but we still had a fantastic time. Fortunately, none of us came down with the flu and the Texas boys that had it have recovered. I've attached a few photos of Carson and the Troop.
Take care and say hello to everyone.
Regards,
Gary & Carson Lee
